With over 22 years of corporate experience, Atish has worked with leading organisations, gaining deep expertise in business operations, client relationship management, strategic planning, and customer experience. Throughout his corporate journey, he closely witnessed how thoughtful gifting strengthened relationships with clients, employees, business associates, and channel partners.

While building a successful corporate career, his ambition to build something of his own never faded. He recognised the growing demand for premium, customised corporate gifting and set out to build a brand combining creativity with professionalism and flawless execution.

At Hamper Hive, Atish leads business strategy, corporate partnerships, and customer experience — ensuring every project is delivered with precision, quality, and a relationship-first approach.

Darrshana's entrepreneurial journey began with Oasis Art Studio, founded in 2015 in Mumbai, where she transformed her passion for creativity into a thriving venture. Over the years, she mastered and taught a wide range of art forms, including Crochet, Amigurumi, Lippan Art, Mosaic Art, Fresh Flower Arrangement, Festive Torans, Scrapbooking, Candle Making, Macramé Art, Balloon Décor, and Designer Envelope Making.

Her dedication to continuous learning and creativity enabled her to become an experienced coach, mentoring thousands of students through workshops and masterclasses. Even while gaining corporate experience, she continued conducting creative sessions, ensuring her passion for art and design remained an integral part of her journey.

Her expertise in craftsmanship, colour aesthetics, premium presentation, and attention to detail naturally evolved into curated gifting. Today, she leads Hamper Hive's creative direction, product curation, and design innovation, ensuring every hamper reflects elegance, quality, and thoughtful craftsmanship.

How Hamper Hive came to life.

The founders crossed paths in the corporate world and discovered a shared entrepreneurial vision. Atish brought years of insight into business relationships and customer expectations; Darrshana brought creative expertise and a passion for premium presentation.

Together, they recognised a growing need for a gifting partner that could go beyond products to create memorable experiences. This shared vision led to the founding of Hamper Hive LLP in 2023 — built on creativity, quality, personalisation, and seamless execution.
