Important: Hamper Hive does not sell products online. All orders are accepted and fulfilled via our offline store. This policy explains how collection, local delivery (if arranged), returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

1) Pickup & Local Delivery

  • In-store pickup: Customers may collect orders from our store during business hours.
  • Local delivery: Available within agreed areas, subject to feasibility and charges. Delivery timelines and fees are communicated at order confirmation.
  • Risk in goods passes upon pickup/delivery completion.

2) Inspection on Handover

  • Please inspect the hamper at pickup or upon delivery. If any transit damage or packing defect is noticed at that time, inform our team immediately so we can assist with a suitable replacement.

3) Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products—often perishable, curated, and/or personalized—returns and exchanges are not accepted once the order has been handed over.

4) Refunds

  • Completed orders: No refunds after handover.
  • Advance payments: For bespoke/custom hampers, advance amounts are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun or materials have been procured.
  • If we are unable to fulfill an order for reasons attributable to us, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

5) Cancellations

  • Before confirmation: You may cancel without charge prior to final order confirmation at the store.
  • After confirmation / in preparation: Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and preparation/packaging has started.

6) Customization Notes

  • Substitutions of equivalent value/quality may be necessary based on availability; we aim to maintain the overall theme and value of the hamper.
